The Dark Knight
A follow up to Batman Begins, but an instant Blockbuster. The debut of the Dark Knight, broke many records and heightened when it comes to the word "dark."
The dark side returns to Gotham, and looming in the dark is a saddistic and insane mad man ready to tear Batman and Gotham apart. Heath Ledger's performance is stellar to say the least. He lost himself in the character, The Joker. He definitely deserves a oscar nod and almost guarantees himself the trophy.
The evolution of Batman and the Joker is prevalent in this movie. They continue to get better with time.
In one weekend, The Dark Knight earned a whopping 155 million dollars. Already #156 all time.
This movie is for sure the one to see and will go down in history as one of the top superhero movies all time!
